Arc-One MetalWorks...outstanding welding and precision metal fabrication

Arc-One's Mission: to provide the highest quality metal fabrication at the lowest possible price.

My name is Terrence Graham. I have been in metal fabrication professionally since 1970. I possess a diversified assortment of skills relating to the fabrication of all things metal.
The following pictures below demonstrate offerings of my works...metal objects fabricated from almost every material...from various grades of carbon and stainless steel (s), aluminum, and exotics (titanium, magnesium, inconel, monel, chromemolly, hastalloys).
I have extensive experience and have been certified in the following areas of welding: SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, PAW, and SAW.
Certifications obtained through AWS, ASME, NASA, Bell Helicopter.

Below are examples of types of stairs, railings, security and entry gates I have fabricated:

A Little History about Me

I began in the metal industry building stairs (Spiral and Straight), handrails, and other types of miscellaneous steel.
I guess I  must've loved it because I stayed in it :o)

After about 6 years of the above I wanted to diversify so I began to work in the trailer industry building boat trailers, flatbeds, lowboys, oilfloat and utility type trailers. I have also built enclosed specialty trailers...eg.; custom car haulers for funny cars and dragsters.

I wanted to diversify my experience even further, so after 4 years of working in the trailer industry, I started in construction at nuclear steam generation plants, paper mills,  and steel processing facilities.
In the back of my mind really wanted to be able to work in the aircraft industry. I finally had the opportunity to do precision sheetmetal aircraft weldments at Bell Helicopter with some of the work going to NASA. I loved this work the most out of all the work I have done...very precise work...almost like a jeweler sometimes the work was so small. Anyway...

Below are some examples of code welded manifolds, venturi tubes, and flow meters I have welded for gas, oil, and power industries:

Weld Processes include GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, and SAW on carbon, low-carbon, stainless, nickel, inconel, monel, chromemolly and other alloys.

Example of a garden planter-trellis. If ever in the Dallas area, take a look at the 15 ft. diameter hanging flowerpots I built that hang in the Trade Center.

Below are some running boards I am making for my boat trailer...other pics are coming after paint and installation.

Here are some one-off R/D items that I fabricated. Machining, welding and design were done by me...product worked perfectly...patent is pending.

more Tig work.

I make outdoor firepits...signs for the home or business...trellises and custom planters for the yard...artwork for the interior of homes...potracks for kitchens...almost anything you can think of.

Made in America

Those three words used to mean something. It meant that you got the highest value product for money spent. Whatever that might've been, it was always of higher (or at least equal) in quality to any like item bought anywhere in the world. Nowdays it seems that everything you buy comes from some other country (you know where). It also seems that the things that are coming out of America have declined in quality, value, or sadly in both.

Scary to me is the outsourcing of millions of American jobs due to NAFTA. (thanks Bill...grrrrrr)

The outsourcing of American jobs is a dangerous game...untold numbers of skills are disappearing from our country...lost forever unless we act swiftly together to put an end to this and "reinstate" the American Worker...the best craftsmen (and women) in the world.

Be sure to look for products that say "made in America"...even if you have to pay a little more sometimes...why should we neglect our country, but provide stability for others. It might sound like protectionism to some, but it sounds Patriotic to me!
We have to wake up or AMERICA will be FOR SALE!

(I shall get down off of my soapbox)

I feel that I am one of the most blessed of men to have a very beautiful (and understanding) wife, 4 great sons, 2 beautiful daughters, and 2 precious granddaughters.

I am also blessed for having the opportunity to be able to work as a draftsman, a fabricator, and being able to earn 2 college degrees.

I now own my own shop free from the pressures of anyone's authority over me (except God's). Being a small start-up business I have very low overhead and will perform an excellent service for you at half of other fabricators prices.

Whether it is a small structural and/or miscellaneous job, small parts orders, one-off tooling, custom metal furnishings for the home, or quality aircraft-grade weldments...consumer satisfaction is my goal and desire and I would love the opportunity to build something for you.
YOUR IDEAS + MY SKILLS = SUCCESS.
